Received emails are stored with raw source, HTML, text, threading headers, attachment metadata and inline image metadata so client messages are not stripped or distorted.

For this server, use the cPanel Default Address pipe wrapper.

public_html/inbound.fulcrumsend.com/gateway-pipe-cpanel.php

For mailbox forwarding, forward each client mailbox to its generated forwarding address.

How to read attachments

File attachments are normal downloadable files. Inline images are usually signatures, logos or embedded email images. Both must be preserved, but they are different things.

If you attach a PDF and also send from Gmail, you may see the PDF as a file attachment and Gmail signature/logo images as inline images. File attachments now have View/Download links. Inline images may be viewable when their MIME type is browser-safe.
